About the CompanyPIP Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is an importer and supplier of engineering plastic raw materials, serving customers across various industrial sectors.
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Purchase & Sales Coordinator with knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation to support our purchase, sales, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities• Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding purchase orders, order confirmations, pricing, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with customers regarding sales orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Maintain purchase and sales records, shipment details, and reports using MS Excel.




• Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.

Requirements• 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchase coordination, sales coordination, or import operations.
• Basic knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Experience in engineering plastics, polymers, or industrial raw materials will be an advantage.
