ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager who can take ownership of high-budget client accounts, drive performance, and mentor the performance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and scale Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Manage ₹10L+ monthly advertising budgets with a strong focus on CPL, lead quality, conversions and ROAS.
• Build and optimize Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
• Identify performance issues and independently drive optimization strategies.
• Review campaigns and mentor Performance Marketers to improve execution and results.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Creative Teams and leadership on campaign strategy.
• Participate in client discussions and present performance insights and recommendations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of digital marketing agency experience.




• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong lead-generation and conversion optimization experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring Performance Marketers.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS and Lead Quality.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and English communication skills.
• Solid client-facing ability and ownership mindset.
• Real Estate, Healthcare, B2B or Education experience is a plus.
• Digital marketing agency experience is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
