About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.
• Create marketing materials, promotional content, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives.




• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and other internal teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or campaign management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
