About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, lead generation, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and results-oriented, with a robust focus on digital growth, customer acquisition, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display networks, and ChatGPT Ads, where available.

Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, remarketing, creatives, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.

Monitor key metrics, including CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate (CVR), to improve campaign performance and ROI.

SEO and Organic Growth

Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content-gap analysis.

Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.

Analytics, Attribution, and Reporting





Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.

Develop performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Analyze marketing funnels, attribution, conversions, CAC, CPL, and ROAS to identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

Generate qualified leads through paid advertising and organic marketing channels.

Track lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and funnel conversion rates.

Collaborate with Sales teams to improve lead conversion, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing-page performance.

Marketing Automation and AI

Build and optimize marketing workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make.

Integrate CRM platforms, APIs, and webhooks to streamline marketing processes.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot for
