What You'll Do
• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies spanning technical, on-page, off-page, and content
• Own core SEO activity: content strategy, link building, keyword research
• Track AI-visibility signals; how the brand shows up across AI answer engines; and diagnose gaps against competitors




• Continuously analyse search performance and adjust strategy
• Train and guide junior team members on methodology
• Report on performance with real strategic recommendations

What You Bring
• Any bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of proven SEO campaign experience; digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors
• Comfort operating in the emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) space
• Smart, deliberate use of AI tools for research and content support; not mass-generated, ungated AI content. Google penalises exactly that, and so do we

Bonus Points
Agency experience specifically; managing SEO across multiple unrelated brands at once; is a robust plus.
