Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and position automation solutions that address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop current business opportunities in international markets, particularly Europe and North America.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through LinkedIn,



email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Engage with founders, agency owners, operations managers, and SaaS decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives.
• Present MSquare's AI automation, workflow integration, and business process optimisation solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to assess project feasibility, define scope, and prepare proposals and estimates.
• Lead sales discussions, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and account expansion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and provide regular pipeline and revenue reports.
