We are looking for an Online Sales Representative who can become an integral part of our international client experience and represent the brand with the same level of sophistication, attention to detail, and warmth that defines MANNATT GUPTA.

The Role
As an Online Sales Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for clients engaging with MANNATT GUPTA online. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements,



and guiding them through the purchasing journey.

This is a sales-focused, client-facing role that requires someone who understands that luxury selling is about more than simply closing a sale—it is about creating a highly personalized and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with international clients primarily through WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram, website enquiries, and other digital platforms.
• Handle enquiries from prospective clients and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Understand each client's requirements, occasion, preferences, sizing, and customization needs and recommend appropriate products. Therefore, knowledge of this industry and its materials is integral.
• Communicate the brand's design philosophy, craftsmanship, materials, techniques, made-to-order and made-to-measure approach effectively.
