The Role

As a Growth Manager, you own the growth of a brand or product line from end to end. Think of yourself as the CEO of your number. Paid media is one lever among many, and you will be expected to find and pull all of them: new customers, better conversion, higher repeat purchase, new channels, new products, and recent markets. You will work with our creative team, channel managers, operations, and finance, but the growth plan and the result are yours.

What You Will Do

• Own revenue and profit targets for your brand or product line and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market research, competitor analysis, and new channels.




• Manage the full funnel, including customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Expand across D2C storefronts and marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart.
• Direct creative development by briefing designers and editors, creating scripts, and approving campaigns.
• Manage paid media campaigns, optimize Meta ROAS and CAC, and track performance against profitability targets.
• Run weekly experiments across creatives, offers, pricing, landing pages, and channels.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure profitability, inventory availability, and accurate performance reporting.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or brand management at a D2C or e-commerce company.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, with expertise in at least one growth channel, such as paid social, marketplaces, retention, or influencer
