1. Role Purpose
To support the CBO in driving strategic business planning, performance management, governance and execution excellence across the organisation. The role will bring structure, analytical rigour and accountability to business operations by enabling data-driven decision-making, monitoring strategic priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely execution of key business objectives.
The role will act as a strategic business partner to the CBO,



connecting business strategy with operational execution and facilitating effective coordination across functions.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence
• Support the development and periodic review of business plans, strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Analyse business performance, market trends, competitive intelligence and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, business insights and decision-support analyses for the CBO.
• Assist in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Support annual operating plans, quarterly business plans and periodic strategy reviews.

B. Business Performance Management
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, KPI trackers and management reports.
• Track business targets, key deliverables, milestones and performance against agreed plans.
