Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting and tracking targets, and ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and existing clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with travel partners and corporate clients, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international travel.



The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and packages, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing the company at events and client meetings. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve revenue performance.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industries.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales analytics for tracking performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
