J&K; Cigarettes Ltd. is expanding its footprint in Rajasthan. We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader who can build the team from the ground up, launch our brands across the state, and drive sustained growth through disciplined monthly and quarterly planning.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Market Entry
• Plan and execute the launch of JKCL brands in Rajasthan, including market selection, phasing, pricing alignment and launch activities
• Identify priority towns, districts and trade channels for the first phase of rollout
• Appoint distributors, wholesalers and C&F; agents to establish the distribution network
Team Building & Leadership
• Recruit, train and build the Rajasthan sales team (Area Sales Managers, sales officers and field staff)
• Set transparent targets,
beats and territories for each team member
• Coach and monitor the team through regular market visits and reviews
Planning & Execution
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans covering volume targets, distribution expansion, outlet coverage and trade schemes
• Drive execution against these plans and course-correct where needed
• Present plan vs actual performance to the GM Sales – North India
Sales Operations & Reporting
• Track team performance, attendance and secondary sales through the company’s field sales app
• Manage stock planning, order flow, collections and credit control with distributors
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and schemes, and share market feedback
• Share weekly and monthly MIS reports with the GM Sales – North India
• Ensure all trade activities comply with COTPA 2003 and applicable state regulations
