Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day site operations, manpower deployment, client coordination, service quality,



and compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across assigned sites while maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. The responsibilities are based on the operational activities outlined in the Operations Executive Daily Task Sheet.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure smooth functioning of assigned locations.
• Verify manpower attendance, deployment, grooming, punctuality, and uniform compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, lighting, signage, CCTV functionality, and overall site readiness.
• Supervise valet and parking operations to ensure proper vehicle handling and parking discipline.
• Coordinate with clients, property managers, and stakeholders to address operational requirements and service concerns.
