Description
Learn and contribute to full-stack development projects.
Internship structure and conversion path
Interns join sprint ceremonies, receive code review from senior engineers, and ship features to staging within the first month. High performers receive return offers for full-time roles. Previous interns have contributed to BhoomiChain citizen portals, SecureSign mobile flows, and internal MLOps tooling.
Interns document their first shipped feature in internal wiki pages — practising the documentation discipline expected on government and healthcare client programmes.
