Basic Job Functions:

Provides HR analytics and workforce reporting by developing dashboards, analyzing trends, and delivering accurate insights for business decisions.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting or HR management information systems preferably in a manufacturing or multinational workplace.




• Proven experience developing HR dashboards and management reports across key workforce metrics.
• Hands-on experience consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from multiple HR systems and sources.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, engagement or organizational effectiveness through analytics.
• Experience improving recurring HR reporting through automation and self-service analytics is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, logical formulas, data cleansing, and visualization.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, AI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL or equivalent business-intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, dashboard design, workforce analytics, and report automation.
