• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Positive understanding of influencers, social media, digital culture, and brand building.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.

What You'll Do1. Brand Partnerships & Influencer Marketing
• Lead end-to-end brand partnerships and collaborations, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, execution, and closure.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and strategic brand partners.
• Manage campaign briefs, deliverables, contracts, timelines, and coordination with internal teams.

2. Events & Brand Activations
• Plan and execute brand events, on-ground activations, community engagements, and partner-led initiatives.
• Identify relevant industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen Qurist's brand presence.
• Manage event planning, vendor coordination, budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting.
