Role Description The Director is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Pune District, responsible for overseeing daily operations and advancing Bridget's Bunnies’ mission locally. This individual will manage programs and services, ensuring comfort kits and related resources are delivered efficiently and respectfully to families experiencing loss. The Director will oversee staff and volunteers, coordinate with healthcare and community partners,



and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as organizing outreach initiatives, events, and fundraising activities. The role also involves strengthening organizational processes, maintaining high standards of care and sensitivity, and representing Bridget's Bunnies in public and professional settings.
