About BrightCHAMPS:
BrightCHAMPS is a global EdTech company focused on helping children build real-world skills through live, interactive learning. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen profiles based on role requirements and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support the team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Assist with offer coordination and candidate onboarding activities.




• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements:
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources.
