Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales cycle by understanding client requirements, creating tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from chance to onboarding. This role plays a critical part in driving new business by acting as the bridge between prospective clients, Sales, and internal Operations teams, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

The Pre-Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales team to support client acquisition, prepare proposals, and ensure that all commitments are clearly documented and handed over effectively to the Post Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities




• Support the Sales team during the client acquisition phase by understanding prospect requirements and business needs.
• Act as a solution consultant, recommending appropriate travel and corporate service offerings based on client expectations.
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, pricing models, and service documentation for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders to validate service feasibility, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to explain service offerings and address queries.
• Ensure all client requirements, commitments, and commercial terms are accurately documented for seamless handover to the Post Sales team.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing strategy and value positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, proposals, and client interactions in CRM systems.
