Job Title: Operations Intern

Working Days: 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
Week Off: Rotational weekday off
Conversion: PPO chance upon successful completion of the internship
Stipend: 15,000/- per month

About the Role
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Intern to support daily Teacher Operations and Academy Operations. The role involves coordinating with Training, Audit/Quality, Recruitment, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and timely task completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle teacher and customer follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Manage email communication, chat, and ticket-based processes.
• Coordinate with Training, Audit/Quality, Recruitment, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain trackers for training schedules, attendance, assessments, candidate status, and onboarding progress.
• Update operational data, reports, and MIS using Excel/Google Sheets.




• Support day-to-day Teacher Operations and Academy Operations activities.
• Track pending tasks, identify delays, and follow up with relevant teams for closure.
• Follow defined SOPs and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Skills & Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Forms, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or internship in Operations, HR, Recruitment, or Training is an advantage but not mandatory.
