? The Role: Technical ServiceNow Specialist
We’re looking for a highly experienced professional who can demonstrate strong technical capability,



sound architectural understanding and experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Approximately 15 years of relevant IT and ServiceNow experience
• Strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform
• Experience developing and customising ServiceNow applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with workflows, automation and platform configuration
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting, performance optimisation and debugging
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
