Role Description The Social Media Strategist & Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies aligned with DegreeFYD’s brand and growth objectives across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, creating and editing multimedia content (posts, reels, stories,



short videos), and optimizing campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion. The role involves monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. The Social Media Strategist & Creator will also collaborate closely with marketing, product, and community teams to amplify key initiatives, manage online reputation, and engage with learners, educators, and partners in a consistent, brand-aligned manner.
