ABOUT SCRAPEGUYS & THE ROLE

ScrapeGuys is the rate-shopping and pricing-intelligence product line of CtrLoop, an AI build studio for travel and hospitality founded by operators from Amazon Alexa and a $700M-GMV hotels business. It helps hotel chains, revenue management companies (RMCs) and OTAs see what competitors are actually charging. The team is small, rapid and already in market, with live paying customers, active OTA pilots and a growing pipeline across India.
We are hiring our first dedicated BD/sales hire to own outbound and pipeline-building and free up founder time for closing. This is a founder-adjacent seat with real autonomy from day one: not a scripted call-centre role and not an entry-level SDR seat. We need someone who already knows this world and can open doors on day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and work target lists of hotel chains, RMCs, independent hotels, revenue managers and consultants, leaning on your own relationships as a head start.
• Run outbound via LinkedIn, email and warm-intro chains; book qualified first calls for founders to close.




• Own CRM hygiene: log every touch, track what is converting, kill what isn’t.
• Turn live customer relationships into referral and case-study-driven outreach.
• Work with founders on messaging and targeting; shape the playbook. Represent ScrapeGuys at hospitality-tech and OTA forums and events as needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–4 years in hospitality, OTA or travel-tech in a sales, BD, account management or commercial/partnerships role (minimum 2+ years in Business Development and 2+ years of Travel Arrangements experience).
• An existing network of contacts at hotel chains, RMCs or OTA commercial/partnerships teams. A hard requirement: be able to name a handful of people you could credibly reach in week one.
• Working understanding of hotel revenue management, rate parity or OTA commercial relationships.
