Role Description The Associate Director – Guest Relations is a full-time, on-site role based at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Mulshi. This role oversees the guest relations function, ensuring every guest receives warm, personalized, and effective service throughout their stay. Daily responsibilities include supervising front-of-house guest interactions, managing check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with wellness, housekeeping, and F&B; teams to deliver seamless experiences.



The Associate Director monitors service standards, trains and mentors guest relations staff, and implements procedures to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves collecting guest feedback, preparing reports, and supporting management in refining guest service strategies.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality management in a luxury or wellness environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with an empathetic and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams, with sound organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using reservation and property management systems, and basic proficiency with office software tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
