We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Trainee to join our recruitment team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment operations.

? Stipend: Upto 15k per month( depends upon the experience)

? Core Responsibilities• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes based on defined job requirements
• Shortlist suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
• Communicate with candidates regarding applications and interview status




• Support job posting and employer branding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates
• Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities

? Monthly Goals & KPIPrimary Goal: Support the recruitment team's monthly hiring goals.
Performance will be assessed based on sourcing quality, candidate shortlisting, coordination efficiency, communication, and contribution toward overall recruitment targets.
? Ideal Candidate• Completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and having 6 months of relevant experience or internship exposure can apply
