Role Overview

Head of Creative to lead marketing strategy, creative execution and brand communication across its brands. The role combines team leadership with hands-on graphic design, product and packaging design, social media campaign management, and the planning and direction of photography and video shoots. The successful candidate will take campaigns from concept to delivery, manage internal and external creative resources, and work closely with sales and management. Website design and development capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and brand planning. Develop marketing plans, campaign calendars and brand communication aligned with company priorities.
• Team leadership. Lead designers, content creators, photographers and agencies. Set explicit briefs, review work and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Graphic design and creative direction. Personally create assets, posters, brochures, menus, standees, banners and outlet branding.
• Social media and campaigns. Manage company social media accounts, content planning,



publishing schedules, creative direction and campaign performance.
• Photography and video shoots. Plan and direct product and campaign shoots, including concepts, shot lists, production coordination, editing and final delivery.
• Product and packaging design. Develop product concepts, labels, packaging, mockups and launch materials in coordination with production teams and vendors.
• Campaigns and product launches. Manage concept development, creative production, rollout and performance review for campaigns and launches.
• Events and sponsorships. Oversee event branding, promotional materials, creative execution and coordination with event partners.
• Website and digital presence. Manage website content, landing pages and creative updates, coordinating design and development support where required.
• Budgets and vendors. Track marketing expenditure, negotiate quotations and maintain production quality
