Why This Role Exists
To build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS application from the ground up, we need an experienced Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of features from start to finish. This is not a "code-only" role. You will work closely with stakeholders, drive key technical decisions, and help shape a secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS architecture that can grow with our customers.

What You Will Do
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirement discussions and technical planning to development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Actively engage with all stakeholders (project managers, designers, QA, business teams, and clients) to understand requirements, clarify gaps, and give regular progress updates.
• Build responsive,



high-performance SaaS user interfaces using React.js, including dashboards, admin panels, and role-based views.
• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Architect and implement core SaaS capabilities such as multi-tenancy, role-based access control (RBAC), user and organization management, and subscription billing
• Drive system architecture decisions, including service design, tenant data isolation, data flow, caching, queues, and integrations
• Design tenant-aware database schemas and write effective, optimized queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB)
• Integrate third-party services such as payment and subscription gateways, SSO/authentication, email/SMS, webhooks, and cloud storage.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and technical debt, and propose practical solutions.
