About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Indore.

This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience who has excellent English communication skills, a strong learning attitude, and a keen interest in B2B sales and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads.
• Communicate with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Conduct cold outreach and consistent follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain lead information and follow-ups using CRM/sales tools.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.




• Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.

Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, consistent, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Experience
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or IT/software sales is required.
• Prior IT or software industry experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
