About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and inspiring Principal to lead our CBSE school. You will be responsible for academic excellence, a positive school culture, and strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all curricular and co-curricular activities in the school
* Lead, mentor, and guide the teaching staff
* Establish and sustain effective teaching-learning practices
* Motivate and inspire teachers to perform at their best
* Strengthen communication among parents, teachers, and students

Qualifications and Experience
* Master’s degree in any discipline, with a B.Ed or M.Ed
* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in an administrative role
* Prior experience working in a CBSE school
