Role Description The Associate role is a full time, on-site position based at the firm’s Ahmedabad office. The Associate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements across multiple practice areas, including corporate, banking, dispute resolution, and real estate.



Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case notes and opinions, supporting senior lawyers in court and arbitration matters, and coordinating with clients to gather information and provide updates. The role also involves managing case files, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to strategy discussions for transactions and disputes. Associates are expected to collaborate with cross-location teams, adhere to the firm’s quality and ethical standards, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.
Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, pleadings, notices, and other legal documents.
• Knowledge of key practice areas such as corporate commercial law, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and real estate.
