The Commercial Manager will oversee site budgeting, commercial audits, vendor negotiations, procurement, and contract costing. The role requires close coordination with site operations, maintenance, accounts, and management teams to ensure that expenditure is controlled, purchases are commercially sound,



and contract estimates reflect operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Audits & Cost Control
• Conduct commercial audits across sites, reviewing expenditure, purchase transactions, vendor rates, and adherence to approved budgets and processes.
• Prepare site-wise budgets in coordination with operations teams and monitor actual expenditure against budget.
• Analyse cost variances, identify avoidable expenditure, and drive corrective actions with the concerned teams.
• Review site-level commercial performance and highlight cost risks, savings opportunities, and their impact on profitability.
• Verify that material and service purchases align with approved requirements, contractual scope, and authorization limits.

Procurement & Vendor Management
• Oversee purchase team in managing activities for materials, spares, consumables, outsourced services, and equipment maintenance.
