Role Description The Food and Beverage GSA (Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, in office role based in Mathura. The role involves greeting guests, escorting them to tables, presenting menus, and providing information about food and beverage options. The GSA takes orders accurately, coordinates with kitchen and bar staff, serves food and drinks, and ensures tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set. Daily responsibilities include handling guest queries and concerns, processing bills and payments, following food safety and hygiene standards,



and supporting team members during peak service hours. The GSA contributes to maintaining smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications

• Strong food service and food & beverage skills, with an understanding of menu items and basic serving standards.
• Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Basic culinary skills to understand food preparation, plating, and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to work on-site in Mathura, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Prior experience in restaurants or hotels is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
