Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, communicative, and target-driven Pre-Sales Executive / Senior Executive to join our Pre-Sales team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers. You will qualify inbound leads, deliver compelling overviews of our residential projects, resolve early buyer queries, and schedule high-intent site visits to drive direct walk-ins for the closing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification: Call and follow up with inbound leads generated across digital campaigns, property portals,



and offline media.
Pitch & Positioning: Present residential project details, floor plans, pricing, amenities, and location advantages effectively over the phone and WhatsApp.
Site Visit Generation: Nurture prospective buyers, handle initial objections, and schedule qualified site visits to our project sales galleries.

CRM Hygiene: Maintain 100% data integrity on the CRM (lead stage tracking, call logs, feedback, next follow-up dates, and drop-off reasons).
Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Direct Sales teams to share customer feedback, lead quality insights, and market reception.
Re-engagement: Run structured reactivation drives for dormant or lost leads with special offers, new inventory releases, or construction milestone updates.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven inside sales or pre-sales experience with a reputed real estate developer, IPC, or property
