About Cosma Fertility
Cosma Fertility is India’s first non-hormonal, technology-led fertility care brand. We are backed by IIT Bombay research and CDSCO-approved. We have been recognised in Forbes India, won the National Startup Award, and were a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee. Our flagship device, FertiGen, is changing how India thinks about fertility care.

1 in 6 Indian couples face infertility today. Most current solutions are hormonal, invasive, expensive and emotionally punishing. We are building a full-stack, non-hormonal, patient-first alternative.

The Role
This is a high-ownership role in our Founder’s Office. You will work directly with the founders to turn strategy into revenue: leading our sales team, building the doctor and clinic engine on the ground, managing the lead pipeline from first enquiry to sale, and keeping sales, marketing, operations and vendors moving in the same direction.
This is not a “brief and delegate” role. You will lead from the front: coach the team, join field visits, close partnerships, run reviews and own outcomes.

You will sit next to the founders and help shape the organisation as we scale from 5 to 30 people.
What You’ll Own
• Sales team management: Lead and manage our sales team (in-house, field and tele-sales executives). Set daily, weekly and monthly targets, review performance, coach through call listening and ride-alongs, run daily huddles and weekly reviews, and build a culture of accountability.
• Hiring and training: Help hire, onboard and train current sales executives. Create scripts, pitch material and playbooks, and make sure every executive knows what to say, to whom and when.
• Targets and incentives: Break the business target into individual targets, track actuals daily, and work with the founders on incentive structures that drive the right behaviour.
• Healthcare sales and doctor engine: Build and run our doctor-first channel: gynaecologists, fertility clinics and hospitals. Sign doctors yourself, and support
