• Perform requirement analysis and capture business requirements, ensuring a detailed understanding of technical and functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams.
• Review and analyze the system specifications of the Foreign Currency Settlement System (FCSS).
• Continuously assess the existing product and identify areas for improvement in technical design, security, and functional capabilities.
• Conduct competitive analysis of similar products and market segments.
• Collaborate with support teams across different functions and IT vendors.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to finalize project scope, software development design, and workflow design.
• Integrate updated specifications into the proposed system architecture and ensure compatibility of system and software designs.




• Guide team members and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide periodic project updates, executive reports, High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Review development and testing deliverables to ensure completeness and accurate implementation of requirements.
• Monitor the project lifecycle, evaluate stakeholder feedback, and manage evolving requirements.
• Review end-to-end business processes to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.
• Assist technical teams in identifying limitations and challenges, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system workflows.
• Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools as required.
• Effectively manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
