Role Description: The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore.



The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities related to risk management and fraud control services, including coordinating field verification, due diligence, and documents verification. This role involves supervising teams, monitoring workflow, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and cases are completed within the committed Turnaround Time (TAT), and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Assistant Manager will liaise with bank and financial institution clients, address queries, and support the implementation of process improvements and technology-based tools. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to quality assurance and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
