A fast-moving B2B eCommerce solutions provider operating across India, we empower brands and retailers to scale efficiently on Amazon and other marketplaces. Our team bridges technology, strategy, and execution to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and marketplace dominance for enterprise clients.
Role & Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end Amazon account strategy for assigned enterprise clients—driving growth, optimizing listings, and managing P&L; metrics.
• Lead cross-functional execution with fulfillment, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure peak performance during launches and sales events.
• Analyze marketplace KPIs (Acos, conversion rate, inventory turn) and deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Negotiate with Amazon’s seller support and category managers to secure placement, promotions, and policy exceptions.
• Develop and present monthly performance dashboards and strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central API)
to streamline reporting and optimization.

• Certification in Amazon Advertising or AWS Marketplace Solutions
• Background in FMCG or Consumer Electronics category
