Position: Business Development Intern

Role/Responsibilities:

a. Lead Generation and Follow-up
b. Identify and reach out to potential leads in the medical field through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and text messages.
c. Maintain a regular follow-up schedule to convert potential leads into active clients.
d. Update and manage lead information in CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

a. Conduct surveys and product promotion activities to create awareness and interest among target customers.
b. Develop and maintain strong skilled relationships with doctors, medical representatives, and other stakeholders.
c. Focus on booking profitable orders while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

CRM and Marketing Automation (Zoho One Platform):

a. Utilize the Zoho One Suite—including Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Sales IQ, Projects, and Survey—to manage leads, automate marketing processes, and monitor business performance.
b.



Assist in setting up and executing marketing automation campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.
Generate performance insights and reports using Zoho tools to support business growth and decision-making.

Qualifications:

a. Proficiency in conducting Market Research and Lead Generation,
b. Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships,
c. Effective Analytical Skills for identifying business opportunities,
d. Customer Service experience or willingness to develop customer handling skills,
e. Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting and
f. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Internship: Full Time
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Work Location: Remote
