About Robotex India
Robotex India brings robotics, coding and AI education to schools across the country. Our programmes have reached 1.5 million+ students across 15 states and 500+ schools. We have trained 300,000 teachers with Microsoft and brought 52,000+ girls into STEM. We’re looking for someone to tell that story and make the right people hear it.

The Role
You’ll own Robotex India’s social media and digital presence, including school programmes such as Innoveda. You’ll plan and run campaigns that reach three audiences: parents, school leaders and teachers. You’ll turn real classroom work into content that builds trust and drives enquiries.

What You’ll Do
• Own content strategy and the monthly calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Plan and run campaigns from launch to enrolment, including lead capture through DMs and comments
• Write captions, carousels, Reel scripts and LinkedIn posts for parents, school leaders and teachers
• Turn existing photos and footage into Reels, carousels and Stories to sustain daily posting
• Work with founders,



trainers and programme teams to find stories from schools and competitions
• Fact-check every claim, statistic and tool name before it goes live
• Track performance (reach, engagement, enquiries) and report monthly with explicit next steps
• Manage community replies and DMs, and route leads to the partnerships team

What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years in social media or digital marketing, with at least 2 years owning a brand’s channels
• A portfolio of campaigns you planned, with results you can show
• Excellent written English; Hindi or a regional language is a plus
• Hands-on skills in Canva and Meta Business Suite, plus basic Reel editing (CapCut, InShot or similar)
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting
• Experience in EdTech, education or B2B marketing is a strong plus
