Role Description The Admissions Counselor role at Sunstone is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and offerings, and conducting campus or office-based meetings and counseling sessions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up via phone, email,



and in-person interactions, and supporting applicants with documentation and application completion. The role also involves collaborating with academic and operations teams, participating in outreach or events, and meeting enrollment and conversion targets. The counselor is expected to maintain accurate records, provide a positive applicant experience, and adhere to Sunstone’s standards of professional and ethical conduct.
