About the Role Responsibilities
• Work Experience: 2-4 Yrs (entry level)
• Job Timings: U.S Shift (Need to be Flexible for Full Night Shift)

• Ability to process continual workload for extended periods in assigned work
• Ability to support multiple clients




• Ability to provide a consistently elevated level of customer service

• Ability to work in FULL Night Shift / overtime as required (including weekends) to support US clients
• Ability to problem solve and work with a cheerful outlook
