Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with schools and institutional clients, and presenting Prepster products to potential customers. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and help develop strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, preparing sales reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience. The role also includes conducting product demonstrations, participating in training initiatives, and gathering market feedback to inform future sales and marketing plans.
Qualifications

• Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Experience with Training and Sales Management to support team development and performance monitoring.
