About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to build and fill the recent-business pipeline for 8 Views.

This is a pure outbound role. Your job is to start conversations with the right prospects and hand over qualified, meeting-ready leads. You will not handle proposals, negotiation or closing. The Business Development team picks up from your handover.

You will source leads from LinkedIn and other channels, build relationships with consultants and potential partners, and run a consistent weekly outreach cadence.

Key Responsibilities

• Source leads from LinkedIn, referrals, events, directories, industry databases and other channels, with a focus on our core sectors: Real Estate, Education, Healthcare and other lead-generation businesses.
• Run structured LinkedIn outreach: build prospect lists, send connection requests, follow up and start conversations that lead to meetings.
• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, agencies and other potential partners to create referral and collaboration channels.
• Research each prospect's business, competitors and current digital presence so every outreach message is relevant and personalised.
• Qualify leads on budget, need, timeline and decision-maker access before handing them over.
• Book discovery calls and meetings for the BD team
