About MantraCare

MantraCare is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager / Senior HR Operations Manager who can independently manage end-to-end payroll, international provider payments and disbursements, employee grievances, HR documentation, recruitment, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. The candidate must be comfortable handling responsibilities during late-evening and night hours to ensure smooth HR operations and effective coordination with employees working across different shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1.



End-to-End Payroll Management

Independently manage the complete monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely salary processing.

Maintain payroll sheets, attendance records, leave records, salary deductions, and payroll trackers.

Coordinate with Finance and management to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee salary-related queries.

Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and confidentiality of payroll information.

2. International Provider Payments & Disbursements

Manage international provider payments and disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Maintain payment trackers, transaction records, and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with Finance and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies.

Track pending payments and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
