Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end paid acquisition across platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Drive lead generation strategy with a focus on quality, conversion, and CAC efficiency.
• Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor and improve funnel performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
• Track, report,



and analyze performance data to inform decisions and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with sales, program, and leadership teams to align growth efforts with business outcomes.
• Run continuous experiments with new channels, creatives, audiences, and growth strategies.
• Build scalable systems and processes that make growth predictable and repeatable.

Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and dashboards.
• Good intuition for audience targeting, messaging, and positioning.
• High ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
