Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Back office executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking with clients, and have the ability to understand client requirements and build positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Make inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Handle client queries and provide relevant information about properties and services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Handle client objections professionally and guide them through the next steps.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication and client-handling skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in English communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively.
• Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate, telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
