Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Limbdi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications,



scheduling and coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate positions, while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, collaborate with HR and leadership to understand workforce needs, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports. Daily responsibilities also include managing job postings, working with external recruitment partners when needed, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.
