Job Requirements*
• Grafana Cloud / Enterprise configuration and dashboard development
• Prometheus setup and remote_write configuration
• Alloy collector setup for Linux and network devices
• SNMP monitoring for Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet switches and firewalls
• Alerting configuration using Grafana Alerting / Webhooks
• Hands-on in Linux (RHEL, OEL, SUSE) system monitoring
• Experience with infrastructure and network observability troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities*
• Experience with ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms ( BMC Helix) for alert integration
• Terraform or Ansible automation for observability stack deployment
• Scripting experience in Python / Bash for automation
• Awareness of performance optimization and capacity planning
