Responsibilities:
1. Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media advertisements.
2. Create attention-grabbing hooks and use retention editing techniques to keep viewers engaged.
3. Add B-roll footage, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics.
4. Edit videos according to the brands style, target audience, and project requirements.
5. Follow editing references, feedback, and deadlines.
6. Organize project files and maintain quality and consistency across videos.
7. Stay updated with current video editing trends and creative techniques.

Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of video editing and storytelling.
2. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
3.



Understanding of social media content formats and aspect ratios.
4. Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to accept feedback and make revisions.
6. A portfolio or sample edits is preferred.

Beginners with solid potential are welcome.
