Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Prepare and maintain documents and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, both in person and over the phone.
• Assist with office operations, such as ordering supplies and managing equipment.
• Coordinate and organize events and workshops at the Mahavidyalaya.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Performances- In order to give stage exposure to our students, we conduct live music performance-jamming sessions every saturday.
