Role: HRMS Functional - Help Desk Functional
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Noida
Experience: 8+ years
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience
• Should have lead a role of HR Help desk lead and should have direct interaction with client.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Fusion Help desk and Case management
• Should have experience in using groovy scripts for helpdesk configurations.
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant in Helpdesk.
• Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules
• Fusion Help Desk
• Case management
• Good to have the knowledge on below modules
• Fusion Talent and learn
• ORC
• Core HR
• Should have valuable communication and presentation skills
• Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
